Service Advisor position

Full time lot attendant

Liberty Toyota is seeking a hardworking individual to join our team as a lot attendant.

Duties include but are not limited to: organizing the vehicles on the lot, keeping the vehicle lot maintained through out the day, delivery and pick up of vehicles as needed.

Must have a license, Drug test, and background check required prior to employment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk- ins, referrals, TV commercials, etc.) and cultivate creative ways to bring customers in on your own
• Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; accompany customers on test drives; explain warranties and services
• Ask for sales; close sales by overcoming objections; possess strong negotiation skills; complete sales/purchase contracts; explain provisions; have knowledge of financing and leasing; collect payment; deliver automobile
• Keep current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/reading professional publications
• Introduce customers to Service Department and Personnel and emphasize commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
